With the Pinot Meunier Package, we step in when everything comes together:
- You freely select your vendors and share the relevant information with us as contracts are signed (agreements, quotes, contacts).
- Two to three months before the wedding, we take over by contacting all your vendors to build a precise and coherent timeline for the day.
- We liaise with your loved ones to anticipate surprises, special touches and meaningful moments planned for your wedding day.
- On the day of your wedding, our team is present from the early morning, with 2 to 3 team members depending on the number of guests, coordinating every key moment — from ceremonies and cocktail hour through to dinner and your first dance.
